We are looking for compassionate and committed SEN Teaching Assistants to join our dedicated teams across a number of welcoming schools in Northampton. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: Provide tailored one-to-one and small group support for pupils with a range of special educational needs Work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to implement individual education plans (IEPs) Foster a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment Support pupils with communication, sensory, emotional, and behavioural needs Assist with classroom organisation, resources, and inclusive learning activitiesWhat you'll need to succeed A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach Strong communication and collaboration skills Experience working with children with SEN (in a school or other setting) is highly desirable.
