Compensation: £39,592 per year
Provide high‑quality care and emotional support in a trauma‑informed, therapeutic setting. Help children build brighter futures through consistency, compassion, and resilience. Work within a dedicated team in a 365‑day service, with long shifts (8:00‑23:00) and sleep‑in nights. Rotas are provided in advance.
What You’ll Earn

What You’ll Need
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Level 3 qualification in Child Care
* At least 12 months’ experience in children’s residential care
