Receptionist
Role: Receptionist
Salary: £17 per hour
Tiger is seeking a professional and reliable Receptionist to step in for 6 months to join an established and successful asset management firm with high caliber professionals with international offices. You will be the face of the business, welcoming clients and guests while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the front of house.
What you’ll Do
\t
* Overseeing all meeting rooms, including managing meeting room diaries and ensuring all meeting room requirements
\t
* Answering the phone for all incoming calls
\t
* Booking taxis and couriers
\t
* Ensuring that all office supplies are stocked at all times
\t
* Assisting with ad hoc projects and office social events
\t
* Printing and binding presentations
\t
* Invoice and expense administration
Who you are
\t
* Previous Reception, Front of house or customer service experience
\t
* Excellent communication skills
\t
* Calm, confident and professional manner
\t
* A team player
\t
* Able to maintain high standards at all times
\t
* Proficiency in Microsoft skills and Adobe
