Were looking for a proactive and highly organised Facilities & Office Services Coordinator to join our busy Bournemouth team on a fixed-term basis for an initial period of two months. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring our offices run smoothly and reflect the high professional standards our clients expect.
About the Role
As part of our Facilities team, youll help deliver a full range of proactive and reactive office and facilities support services from managing the front of house experience to coordinating contractors, logistics, events, and health & safety. Your work will directly support both our clients and our staff, ensuring a welcoming, safe, and efficient environment.
With variety in every day, your responsibilities will include:
1. Managing administration, facilities, and office operations in line with company policies.
2. Coordinating with our Bournemouth team and wider professional services colleagues.
3. Liaising with clients, staff, and contractors to deliver exceptional service.
4. Overseeing hard and soft services, including security, sustainability, and room/space management.
