About the Role

Key responsibilities include:
* Teaching a Year 4 class and delivering high-quality lessons aligned with the Key Stage 2 curriculum

* Mentoring less experienced teachers or supporting trainee staff
* Supporting curriculum development within Key Stage 2

Experience and Skills
The successful candidate will:
* Hold QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
* Have strong experience teaching within Key Stage 2, preferably Year 4
* Demonstrate leadership potential or prior leadership experience
* Have strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum
* Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills
* Be organised, proactive, and confident supporting colleagues
* Have a commitment to raising pupil achievement
