Responsibilities: We gather data from a range of sources and ensure it is accurate and consistent. We apply statistical techniques to extract meaningful insights from data. We create charts, graphs, and other visualisations to support understanding. We develop clear and concise reports for stakeholders. We provide high-level technical guidance to support infrastructure-based service improvements. We liaise with internal and external teams to help deliver technical solutions. We work closely with the Finance Systems Team to support monthly financial processes for the business. We support the delivery and maintenance of ITIL v3-aligned services. We help ensure our data remains structured, secure, available, and accurate as we scale through AI and automation.
