Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining cleanliness and organisation in residential or commercial settings. This role requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional service, ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
Duties
* Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces.
* Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organising linens and clothing.
* Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, polishing, and carpet cleaning to maintain pristine conditions.
* Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and responding to inquiries with professionalism.
* Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs for restocking.
* Ensure compliance with sanitation standards and best practices in all cleaning tasks.
* Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations within the household or facility.
Experience
* Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred.
* Familiarity with janitorial practices and commercial cleaning techniques is a plus.
* Experience in housekeeping management or hotel environments is advantageous.
* Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
