KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
ROLE SPECIFIC
1. To ensure all activities are adhered to within the Project Document Control Procedure DO-QA-PRO-011 and guidelines.
2. Greater understanding of the Management Systems Document Control DO-QA-PRO-002.
3. Control and maintenance of project documentation throughout the life cycle of projects.
4. Point of contact for escalation of a DC issue in area of control.
5. Support development of Document Controllers.
6. Maintenance of Master Document Registers (MDRs).
7. Check project documentation meets DeepOcean and client requirements for delivery.
8. Maintain and administrates the DMS and eDMS in absence of the Group Document Controller Manager.
9. Train project teams in use of the eDMS.
10. Promote DC practices.
11. Promote and Implement the eDMS in area of control.
12. Liaise with Group Document Controller Manager and Lead Document Controller.

KEY TASKS
24. Ensure all project related documentation is correctly recorded and communicated.
25. Ensure the utilisation and update of valid document numbering and revisions regimes.
26. Monitor and evaluate project control systems to identify continuous improvements.
27. To maintain and update the Master Document Registers (MDRs).
28. Produce project client package and project specific document templates.
29. Coordinate the delivery of project deliverable documentation before commencement of offshore scope of work
30. Mentor Project DC resource to ensure wider understanding of department processes and procedures.

31. To ensure that all comments regarding project procedures are registered in a timely manner as per project requirements

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS SPECIFIC TO THE ROLE
53. 4+ years in Discipline related role.
54. Experience in Project Management Support or Project Document Control Processes and Procedures.
55. Skilled in all Microsoft Office Package and PDF Applications.
56. Experience of examining and checking documents & drawings.
57. Ability to manage and co-ordinate work activities
58. Experience and understanding of Electronic document Management Systems (eDMS).
59. Understanding Client requirements within Contractual Documents.
60. Experience with QA audit Processes.
61. Industry Experience.
62. Language English.
