Job Description We’re recruiting for a Finance Revenue Manager to join us on a 12-month FTC basis. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of finance professionals in controlling, monitoring, and reporting revenue for LGIM, LGIM America and LGIM’s collective investment schemes, including its Unit Trusts, OEICS, SICAVs, QIFs and Property. You will ensure that income is accounted for accurately in each relevant company’s books, with appropriate accruals and journals being posted to ensure continuing compliance with applicable accounting standards. What you’ll be doing: Maintaining and developing controls and processes to ensure that all income-related transactions (including management charges, performance fees, commissions, rebates and intercompany investment management fees) are calculated and recorded accurately and, where necessary, settled effectively Overseeing the production and review of bespoke rebate calculations, ensuring that a robust control framework is maintained to support the preparation of accurate calculations in line with contractual terms Managing the provision of timely, accurate and informative management reporting to internal customers and stakeholders relating to income, providing insight around emerging trends to facilitate optimal business performance Liaising with Business Partners and other key stakeholders to understand business changes to ensure the correct revenue is accounted for Overseeing relationships with Client Account Managers to resolve any billing issues and collect unpaid debts Supporting the Senior Finance Manager with any new responsibilities that may emerge Liaising with external auditors during the year-end audit process Ensuring that procedure manuals are kept up to date and accurately reflect current processes
