Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and driven Associate Director to join our growing Property Management team in Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity to take responsibility for a high-profile, mixed-use commercial portfolio across the North of England, working with institutional investors, pension funds, and private clients.
As a senior member of the team, you will lead the delivery of a data-led, customer-focused property management service, ensuring assets are performing at their highest potential while delivering exceptional client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a diverse portfolio of multi-let commercial assets (office, retail, industrial, mixed-use)
* Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams including facilities management, finance, surveying, and ESG specialists
* Take full ownership of asset performance, ensuring properties are:
o Safe, compliant, and well-maintained
o Competitive and market-leading
o Delivering a modern occupier experience
* Oversee service charge budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and transparency
* Drive ESG initiatives and support carbon reduction strategies
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
* Lead, mentor, and develop junior team members
* Contribute to business development, pitches, and client retention strategies
Qualifications
* MRICS qualified
* Proven experience managing large, complex commercial portfolios
* Strong track record in team leadership and people management
* Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
* Experience working with institutional or pension fund clients
* Commercially aware with the ability to identify value-add opportunities
* Ambitious, proactive, and keen to progress within a leading firm
