Job Description
A leading residential property developer is currently seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to oversee marketing performance across multiple new developments and support the wider sales and marketing strategy.
Working closely with development and sales teams, this role plays an important part in shaping how new sites are positioned in the market. From the point land is secured through to the launch of fully operational sales environments, the successful candidate will ensure each development is introduced with strong branding, effective campaigns, and a well-executed customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
Strategy & Campaign Delivery
• Collaborating with sales leadership to develop tailored marketing strategies for upcoming developments
• Coordinating the creation and rollout of brand identities, digital platforms, and promotional materials
• Overseeing the preparation and presentation of sales suites and show homes
• Delivering integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, outdoor, and social channels
• Reporting on campaign performance and future marketing plans
Brand & Communications
• Supporting project-specific publicity initiatives and brand storytelling
• Developing customer communications including launch materials and newsletters
• Ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity across developments and marketing channels
Team Leadership
• Providing guidance and mentoring to marketing team members
• Supporting colleagues working across multiple development projects
• Encouraging team development and professional growth
Operational Standards
• Working with internal specialists to ensure sales areas and show homes meet operational and safety standards
• Maintaining high presentation standards across all developments to protect brand reputation
Candidate profile
• Marketing degree or professional marketing qualification preferred
• Proven experience within property development or housebuilding
• Strong leadership, organisation, and project management skills
• Commercial awareness with experience managing marketing budgets
• Ability to work across multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
