Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant Slough Location: South East England, Berkshire, Slough Job Type: Permanent, expected to work Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Secondary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £90 - £110 Per day Qualifications: SEN Experience, Preferred Level 2 in Childcare, Passion for Education, Enhanced DBS Certificate Skills: Proactive, Behavioural Skills, Communication and Time Management, Patience, Adaptable Job Duties: Supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in their educational and social development Assisting teachers in planning and delivering tailored learning activities Monitoring and recording student progress and behaviour Providing one-to-one support to students with SEN Helping to create a safe and inclusive learning environment Required Qualifications: Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs Level 2 qualification in Childcare Passion for education and supporting student development Enhanced DBS Certificate Education: Level 2 qualification in Childcare Experience: Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs Knowledge and Skills: Proactive approach to supporting student learning Strong behavioural management skills Effective communication and time management abilities Patience and understanding towards students with SEN Ability to adapt to changing situations in an educational setting Preferred Qualifications: Level 3 qualification in Childcare Additional training in supporting students with SEN Working Conditions: Work in a school setting with students with Special Educational Needs Full-time hours, with occasional additional hours for meetings or events Collaboration with teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff Opportunity for professional development and training All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
