Will be responsible for Breakfast and lunch service for this 140 bedroom 4 star Hotel,
We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team in creating exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production, menu planning, and kitchen management, with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality. This position requires a creative individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment while effectively managing kitchen operations
Duties
* daily Breakfast operations, ensuring efficient food service and high-quality meal preparation.
* Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels to ensure smooth operations.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen environment.
* Collaborate with the dietary department to accommodate special dietary needs and preferences
* Monitor food production processes to maintain quality standards and minimize waste.
* Foster a positive team environment through effective communication .
Skills
* Proven experience in Breakfast and lunch service,
* Strong culinary skills with expertise in cooking techniques and food preparation.
* Knowledge of inventory management practices and food handling protocols.
* Familiarity with menu planning and shift management within a busy kitchen setting.
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices within the food industry.
