You are a Digital PR pro with at least 3 years’ experience developing and implementing effective and creative digital PR and influencer campaigns for clients. You thrive in the fast-paced working environment of agency life and are looking for a new agency to grow in and interesting new clients to drive brand awareness for.

We are a Marlow-based Integrated Marketing agency looking for a Digital PR Account Manager to join, and enhance, our dedicated PR team delivering impactful Consumer and Trade PR campaigns for the retail and destination brands we work with.

What do Digital PR Account Managers at BWP do:

This pivotal role is responsible for delivering effective and creative digital PR and influencer campaigns that drive brand awareness, communicate our clients’ key messages and improve their online reputation.

You will assume overall responsibility for the development and implementation of specific campaigns for your clients and support our PR Account Director and other Account Managers on larger, digital-focused campaigns.

As Digital PR Account Manager, you will have responsibility for:

* Developing engaging digital content – Managing and improving online content for blogs, websites and social media based on best practice, previous campaign performance and digital PR trends and tactics.
* Online crisis management – Working with our dedicated crisis comms team to handle and neutralise any negative reviews or crises and mitigating any potential negative publicity that could damage our clients’ reputation.
* Strategy development & implementation – Working with the wider PR, social and creative team to develop and implement effective digital PR and communication strategies that manage online presence and improve visibility on digital platforms.
* Campaign management and planning – Proactively suggesting new and innovative ways to reach the audience through digital PR and comms.
* Campaign delivery – Overseeing the day-to-day support, administration and delivery of account work by AEs.
* Campaign reporting & debriefing – Monitoring and analysing online media coverage and delivering meaningful reports that demonstrate ROI and future recommendations.
* Financial management – Assuming overall responsibility for budgeting and profitability of specific digital PR campaigns.
* Client and influencer management – Building strong and productive relationships with both clients and online influencers/bloggers/media outlets with high levels of mutual trust and respect.
* People management and mentoring – Managing and developing the Account Execs who work on your accounts and helping to upskill the wider PR team in digital/influencer PR.

What do I need to showcase in my CV to stand out?

We're looking for a multi-skilled PR professional with at least 3 years of demonstrable digital PR & influencer experience (with at least 2 years of that being within an agency).

Experience of both B2B AND B2C PR is essential as you will have clients across both skillsets. Experience working in the retail, fashion, lifestyle and/or commercial property sectors will also stand you in good stead!

We’re looking for someone who:

* Has demonstrable experience of using social media, influencers, bloggers and SEO/SEM to drive and amplify PR campaigns.
* Has strong network of contacts and connections in digital media (including online influencers, bloggers and media outlets).
* Has been taking the lead on medium-sized accounts and is capable of producing client-worth work with little or no amends from an AD.
* Has learnt the skills of delivering through others and mentoring junior team members to help with the delivery of day-to-day account support and admin.
* Isn’t afraid to challenge clients or briefs. Enjoys pushing boundaries and finding new, creative ways of doing things (embodying our value Brave).

* Can be office-based in Marlow three days a week (Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday).
