My client is a premium beauty and wellness brand
With hand-blended oils made of 100% natural ingredients, they pride themselves on their respect for nature and responsible sourcing ‘from greenhouse to bottle’.
Reporting to the founder, you will manage the development of innovative brand campaigns, help drive the new product roadmap, drive all areas of the customer experience and manage the marketing teams day to day activity, as well as external stakeholders.
Our ideal candidate will have a head for luxury branding and ecommerce, with an understanding of how all the performance marketing channels work together. You will be leading the marketing team, and work closely with each and every channel owner to make sure their channels are optimised and running effectively.
We’re looking for an innovator with a flair for the creative - a driven and forward-thinking self-starter, able to produce and present ideas comfortably, with the ability to hit the ground running in a busy and fast paced environment.

What you’ll be doing:
Brand Development & Overall Planning:
* Develop overarching Brand Strategy accelerating growth, driving sales and developing brand identity.
* Analyse sales results, trends and market needs to develop brand strategy and continue to grow and enhance the brand.
* Lead the visual direction for the brands
* Brief in key content for the month, covering main campaigns
Product Development
* Contribute to the development of brand strategy on new product launches.
* Manage NPD launch calendars, inc, briefing, design, copy, artwork, sampling, forecasts, pricing strategy, sales presentation and launch material;
* Set pricing strategy for NPD and ongoing core range
* Drive creation of all internal and external presentations (i.e. Sales Playbooks, Brand Presentations, Strategic Plan).
Brand & Marketing Department:
* Delivering engaging, relevant advertising across all brand and content-led channels, including all ATL and Sponsorship as well as social, PR, influencer.
* Coordinate PR, experiential events, media opportunities, brand collaborations, social media, key influencer engagement, promotions and advertising.
* Holding direct accountability for setting, controlling and aligning the strategy and budgets for areas of responsibility.
* Work with the Data Intelligence and the Finance teams to ensure that the incremental value of all digital marketing activity is appropriately measured, reported and used in making decisions around future marketing investment.
