Could you create and share impactful digital content to support our mission of improving quality and safety in healthcare? THIS Institute (The Healthcare Improvement Studies Institute) is seeking an experienced communications professional with digital expertise to help share our work and its impact.

We believe that efforts to improve healthcare should always be based on the highest quality evidence. We bring together healthcare staff, patients, policymakers, and academics to provide clarity on what works, what doesn't, and why.

As Digital Communications & Content Manager (maternity cover), you will be responsible for overseeing a consistent and high-quality content pipeline for THIS Institute's website and digital channels, working with colleagues and external partners. You will manage organic and paid communications campaigns alongside the day-to-day running of our online presence and CRM. You'll also have the opportunity to support design projects across both online and offline channels including providing advice about our brand.

You will use analytics and reporting to optimise our digital and editorial strategy and stay on top of the evolving digital landscape and more broadly you will help to lead evaluation of our communications and engagement activities. You'll have a keen eye for ensuring our digital communications are accessible and meaningful for a wide range of audiences, and for maintaining the consistent application of our visual identity through stewardship of our brand.

If you would like to join a collaborative, passionate team and lead on the creation of original and impactful content, we'd like to hear from you.
