We are recruiting a Fabric Technician to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective reactive and pre planned maintenance services to the contract in an efficient and courteous manner, with a strong focus on customer care.Role Summary:Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) checksComplete reactive repair tasksInspect/repair floor, walls, and doorsInspect /repair free standing and fitted furniture.Inspect/repair doors, windows, and associated furniture.Painting and decorating tasks around the customer site where requiredAssist engineering staff in a wide range of duties as requiredUndertake any tasks as designated by the Contract Manager or Facilities SupervisorMaintain various records and documentation (Maintenance, Reports, Health & Safety and Quality).The effective management of consumable stock, tools and equipment.Person Specifications:Proven experience as a Painter and DecoratorSkilled in painting techniques and methodsPlastering experience would be advantageousAbility to perform fabric maintenance & handyman based tasksFully conversant with all relevant HSE requirements and their effective application.Strong attention to detail and quality in work ethicExcellent time management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team* Share Fabric Engineer with a friend via e-mail
