More About The Role
We're looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Front of House Coordinator to be the first point of contact at our Head Office. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, from welcoming visitors to supporting our facilities colleagues behind the scenes.
What you'll be doing:
* Being the friendly face of our Head Office, greeting visitors and handling reception duties.
* Running our on-site shop and kiosk, making sure everything is stocked and colleagues get great service.
* Working closely with the Facilities Service Manager to support day-to-day operations.
* Providing cover for the manager during holidays or absence, ensuring everything continues to run smoothly.
* Supporting with admin tasks, coordinating bookings, and helping with wider office needs.
