Electronics Engineer
Location: Cambridge, UK
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Electronics Engineer to join a growing engineering team in the Cambridge area. As an Electronics Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and validation of electronic hardware for high-performance RF and communication systems. The role of Electronics Engineer will involve schematic capture, PCB layout, prototyping, and hands-on lab testing, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver reliable, production-ready designs.
Responsibilities:
* Design and develop analogue, digital, and mixed-signal electronic circuits.
* Undertake schematic capture, PCB design, and component selection.
* Support bring-up, debugging, and validation of prototype hardware.
* Collaborate with RF, software, and mechanical teams to ensure robust system integration.
* Contribute to design reviews, documentation, and compliance/testing activities.
Requirements:
* Degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
* Experience in circuit design, PCB layout, and lab-based testing.
* Familiarity with RF or high-speed digital design desirable.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
