Are you a detail-driven professional with a passion for people and precision? If so, we’d love to welcome you to our HR Services team as a Payroll Assistant. This role supports delivering high-quality payroll and data services to managers, employees, and external clients, processing transactions, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring pay is accurate and on time.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Processing HR and payroll transactions using our HR database (SAP)
* Ensuring data accuracy across organisational structures and employee records
* Providing top-tier customer support to internal and external stakeholders
* Suggesting improvements to streamline processes and enhance service delivery
* Handling enquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and care
* Upholding confidentiality and data protection standards
What You’ll Bring
Essential:
* Experience in administrative and customer service roles
* Strong numeracy, literacy, and organisational skills
* Ability to analyse information and prioritise tasks
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* 4 GCSEs (Grades 7-4) or equivalent
Desirable:
* Experience with SAP payroll software
* Familiarity with hybrid working environments
* Willingness to work towards a CIPP qualification
