Workshop Controller / HGV Technician required for a Successful Automotive commercial workshop in the Lutterworth area.
Our client is seeking a Workshop Controller / HGV Technician to join their busy service department, and it is essential that you have a previous working experience within a busy Automotive Workshop.

Duties:
* Oversee daily workshop operations, including job allocation, workflow planning, and maintaining high productivity levels
* Provide technical guidance, support, and mentoring to the workshop team
* Carry out routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs on a wide range of HGVs and trailers
* Diagnose complex faults and complete repairs to VOSA and manufacturer standards
Requirements:
* Experienced HGV Technician with extensive workshop background
* Previous supervisory, team leader, or controller experience highly desirable
* Recognised heavy vehicle qualifications (City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent)
* Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities
* IRTEC licence (advantageous)
Hours of work for this Workshop Controller / HGV Technician role are Monday to Friday, 40 hours.
The OTE for this Workshop Controller / HGV Technician role is £52,000
