Job Description
We are looking for an individual who can support ongoing service development, oversee operational activities, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
This role will collaborate with contract management teams and regional stakeholders to ensure that systems, processes and reporting are accurate, efficient and consistently delivered.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver planned, reactive and project works across the regional portfolio, ensuring quality, safety and compliance.
2. Act as an Appointed / Responsible Person for relevant systems and activities in line with qualifications and legislation.
3. Maintain accurate systems, reporting and documentation, including Tririga job management and statutory records.
4. Lead and manage frontline teams, including rostering, recruitment, welfare, training, performance management and succession planning.
5. Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety requirements, audits, inspections and contractor management.
6. Manage customer issues, operational reporting and administrative requirements within agreed timescales.
7. Control costs, labour and materials while identifying opportunities for margin improvement and additional revenue.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
8. Experience supervising teams within facilities, engineering or cleaning services environments.
9. Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently and manage operational performance.
10. Proven leadership, communication and people management capability.
11. Sound operational judgement with the ability to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
12. Experience monitoring individual and team performance to meet service and contract objectives.
