A successful and consistently growing organisation is seeking a reliable and ambitious Assistant Management Accountant to join their expanding finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has experience across transactional finance and month-end processes and is looking to take on greater responsibility within a supportive, forward-thinking finance function.
As part of a collaborative and driven finance team, you will play a key role in supporting the production of accurate and timely financial information. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accruals and prepayments schedules, and completing monthly balance sheet reconciliations. You will assist with P&L analysis, support the maintenance of the cash flow forecast, and carry out regular bank reconciliations. This position offers excellent progression and development as the business continues to grow.
Ideally, you will have:
* Strong experience within a finance function, including involvement in month-end processes and reconciliations.
* Someone who is actively studying ACCA/CIMA, or someone looking to begin their professional studies.
* A proactive, motivated, and results-driven approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
