The Team
KPMG’s Strategy & Performance Transformation team seeks an exceptional Associate Director focused on Healthcare and Life Sciences, with experience in core propositions such as Growth Strategy, Deal Strategy, and Operational Strategy.
The team is part of KPMG’s expanding Strategy Group, delivering value through innovative thinking, industry insights, and rigorous execution. Comprising over 170 practitioners, we collaborate across KPMG’s capabilities within Deal Advisory.
Our Healthcare and Life Sciences practice focuses on Commercial Strategy, including launch and commercialization, pricing and market access, portfolio strategy, and inorganic growth activities like M&A support.

Role & Responsibilities
* Build deep client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor to senior executives
* Support business development efforts and pipeline growth
* Develop expertise in relevant propositions
* Lead complex engagement design and delivery
* Manage scoping and fee negotiations
* Develop thought leadership
* Maintain a strong internal and external network
* Ensure risk management compliance
* Mentor and develop team members, providing feedback
* Lead practice development initiatives
* Monitor industry trends and impacts
The Person
Applicants should demonstrate:
* Experience in strategy consulting, Big 4, or relevant industry roles
* Knowledge of Healthcare & Life Sciences value drivers and experience in related projects
* Leadership in complex projects with multidisciplinary teams
* Experience in high-value business development with senior stakeholders
* Ability to build relationships with senior executives
* Scientific, research, or clinical background (preferred)
* Coaching and mentoring skills
