Your new role As a Credit Control Administrator, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. Your day-to-day duties will include contacting customers about overdue payments, resolving account discrepancies, processing payments, and collaborating with internal teams to streamline credit processes. You will also handle credit checks, monitor outstanding balances, and support legal recovery actions when necessary. This role is key to maintaining a healthy cash flow and delivering excellent customer service. What you'll need to succeed Proven experience in credit control or accounts receivable. Strong communication and negotiation skills. High attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments. Familiarity with credit checking and legal recovery processes is advantageous.
