We are recruiting for an experienced Sous Chef to join a prestigious, multi-outlet luxury hospitality venue. Reporting into the Head Chef and Executive Head Chef, this is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for a passionate chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment, supports strong kitchen teams, and consistently delivers exceptional food standards across a varied operation.
This role will support multiple kitchens and restaurant outlets, helping ensure consistency, quality, and smooth service delivery across the wider food offering.

The Role
Support the Head Chef and Executive Head Chef in the day-to-day running of kitchen operations
Lead and motivate the kitchen brigade during service in the absence of the Head Chef
Ensure consistently high food quality and presentation standards
Assist with seasonal menu development and implementation
Help manage stock control, food costs, and kitchen budgets
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards
Train, support, and develop junior chefs within the team
The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Senior Chef de Partie ready to step up within a quality-led hospitality environment
Passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients
Strong leadership skills with a calm and organised approach
Commercial awareness with understanding of food cost and stock control
