Overview
We are seeking an Estates Manager (inc Health & Safety) on a full-time, permanent basis. The hours of work are 36.25 hours per week, throughout the year. The salary is Points 23 to 26 of the Support Staff Salary Scale (£41,019 - £44,203 per annum).
The postholder will work closely with the Vice Principal Finance and Resources to ensure the College is maintained to a high standard and that all who work and use the buildings do so in a safe environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to manage an estate and facilities service in a highly regarded educational institution.
