Position: MFL Teacher
Location: Redbridge
Salary: Outer London MPS/UPS
Contract: Temporary
Smart Teachers is seeking a passionate and committed Modern Foreign Languages Teacher to cover French and Spanish at a high-performing secondary school in East London. This role is to start as soon as possible on a ongoing basis.
The successful candidate will be joining a well-resourced and supportive MFL department within a large, oversubscribed secondary school that enjoys an excellent reputation for academic success and student behaviour.
Key details
* Teaching French and Spanish across KS3 and KS4
* 4 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday)
* Immediate start
* Initial cover until 15th October
* Competitive pay rates (to scale, depending on experience)
About you
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
* Experience teaching French and Spanish at secondary level
* Strong classroom management and a commitment to high standards of teaching and learning
* Flexibility and reliability
