We have a variety of roles available, ranging from General Classroom Support to more focused 1-1 and Small Group intervention positions. This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates or experienced support staff to work within a dynamic high-school environment, supporting students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (ages 11-16) as they navigate their academic journey and prepare for their GCSEs. Key Responsibilities General Classroom Support: Assist the class teacher in managing the learning environment and ensuring all students stay on task. 1-1 Support: Provide dedicated, personalised assistance to individual students with specific learning needs (SEND) or pastoral requirements. Small Group Work: Lead targeted intervention sessions for small groups of pupils to boost attainment in core subjects like English or Maths. Behaviour Management: Confidently manage classroom behaviour, maintaining a focused, respectful, and safe learning atmosphere. Mentorship: Act as a role model, helping students build academic confidence and resilience. Requirements & Skills We are looking for individuals who are relatable, authoritative, and passionate about student outcomes. Qualifications: A degree (in any subject), a relevant TA qualification (Level 2 or 3), or significant experience in a similar role. Experience: Previous experience in a school setting is highly desirable, but we also value backgrounds in youth work, coaching, or any professional role supporting teenagers.
