Switch Jam is a growing B2B marketing agency working with SaaS, software and specialist B2B companies.
We design and deliver structured marketing campaigns that combine content, paid media, outbound and automation. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a capable Digital Marketing Executive to support campaign delivery and platform execution across multiple client accounts.
This is an execution-focused role where strategy and direction are set by the Founder and senior team. Your responsibility is to ensure campaigns are deployed accurately, assets are managed properly, and projects progress on time.
The Role
You will take responsibility for the operational delivery of campaigns once strategy and creative direction have been agreed.
You will work closely with the Founder, Content & Campaign Manager, and Growth Operations Lead to ensure campaigns are set up correctly, launched on time, and maintained efficiently across platforms.
This role is suited to someone organised, practical and confident working across digital marketing tools within an agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
1) Client Onboarding & Campaign Setup
* Coordinate the operational setup of new client accounts, ensuring all required access, assets and systems are in place prior to launch
* Support clients in granting access to relevant advertising, analytics and CMS platforms
* Liaise with internal specialists to ensure tracking, pixels and reporting infrastructure are correctly implemented
* Establish structured project environments across shared drives and project management tools
* Monitor onboarding progress and proactively follow up to maintain agreed timelines
2) Project Coordination
* Work within the agency’s project management system to monitor deadlines and task progression
* Ensure stakeholders are aligned ahead of campaign launches
* Proactively flag risks or delays to maintain delivery standards
3) Competitor & Campaign Audit Support
* Conduct structured research into competitor campaigns
* Capture relevant examples and organise findings
* Populate predefined audit templates and presentation decks
* Support preparation for new business meetings
4) Creative & Asset Deployment
* Adapt and format creative assets for use across different platforms
* Resize and prepare ad variations using provided templates
* Support light video editing and captioning where required
* Maintain consistency across presentation materials and client-facing decks
5) CMS & Content Publishing
* Upload and format blog content and landing pages across CMS platforms
* Ensure content is published accurately and categorised correctly
* Maintain basic on-page structure and formatting standards
* Support in-house content updates and publishing schedules
6) Campaign Execution & Paid Media Support
* Build and deploy campaigns within Meta and LinkedIn Ads Manager under agreed direction
* Upload approved creatives and copy accurately across platforms
* Set up and maintain audience structures, including retargeting where required
* Implement approved test variations and manage campaign housekeeping
* Ensure campaigns follow naming conventions, tracking standards and organisational best practice
This role supports paid media execution but does not carry responsibility for overall strategy or budget ownership.
7) Reporting & Performance Administration
* Prepare monthly performance reports using agreed templates
* Collate and organise platform data for review
* Distribute reports to clients as required
Skills & Experience
* 2–5 years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally within an agency
* Experience using Meta Ads Manager and/or LinkedIn Campaign Manager
* Experience publishing content via CMS platforms
* Strong written and spoken UK English
* Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Familiarity with GA4 and basic tracking concepts
* Exposure to B2B marketing environments
* Basic video editing capability

Working Structure
* Full‑time
* Hybrid working (West Midlands) with regular office presence required
* £30,000 – £36,000 per annum (depending on experience)
* Reporting to Switch Jam Founder
