Our client, a super friendly, award-winning social media agency based in London, are now looking for an Account Manager to work across a big B2B social media account.
Account Manager Role Overview:
They're seeking an experienced Account Manager with a keen interest and experience in social media. You will manage several clients, particularly in the electrical and financial services sectors and will have managed B2B accounts previously and be enthusiastic about working in this space.
As a B2B Account Manager, you will:
* Be the main contact for clients. Build strong relationships, understand their goals, and ensure a high standard of service through regular communication and support.
* Manage B2B client relationships, demonstrating an understanding of the nuances and needs of B2B versus B2C marketing.
* Manage the delivery of social media projects and retainers - including delivery of social creative (always-on and campaign production), paid media activations, and influencer marketing - from start to finish, working with colleagues from across the business to deliver on time, on budget and to client expectations.
