About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Project Plumber to oversee plumbing projects across the UK, primarily in the Midlands. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional who enjoys responsibility and seeing projects through from start to finish.
You will be responsible for managing all aspects of project delivery, including initial surveys, writing RAMS, managing subcontractors, attending client meetings, and signing off on completed works. You will be the key contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth, safe, and high-standard project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on plumbing systems to high standards.
* Respond promptly to reactive maintenance, diagnosing and resolving issues.
* Install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing fixtures, pipework, and systems.
* Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
* Collaborate with team members and departments to complete jobs effectively and on time.
* Maintain accurate records of work, including reports on repairs, inspections, and materials.
* Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure safe work practices.
* Travel regionally in the Midlands, with occasional further travel as required.
What We’re Looking For:
* Level 3 Plumbing qualification; G3 Unvented (preferable).
* Water Hygiene Plumbing experience advantageous.
* Strong knowledge of health & safety and compliance standards.
* Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
* Full UK driving licence (clear).
* Enhanced DBS check.
