We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Secondary Teaching Assistant to join our thriving school community in Bradford, starting this September. Requirements:
* A minimum of a Level 2 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools (or equivalent).
* Experience working with children or young people, ideally in a school setting.
* An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
* A good standard of written and numeracy skills.
* Eligibility to work in the UK.

* Organisational Skills: Strong time management and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Behaviour Management: The skill to implement agreed strategies to support positive student behaviour.
Responsibilities
* Assist the teacher with the preparation of lesson materials and resources.
* Provide one-on-one and small group support to students.
* Help students with their reading, writing, and numeracy skills.
* Support the implementation of agreed learning activities under the guidance of the teacher.
* Supervise students during classroom activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.
* Assist students with homework or study tasks.
* Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to the teacher.
* Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment.
* Support students with special educational needs (SEN) or other additional learning requirements.
