Responsibility for the General Administration of the golf club,must be able to use a variety of software packages to produce correspondence and documents using spreadsheets and databases especially Microsoft 365.Monitor and handle on-line, email and telephone tee time requests and deal with general enquiries. Financial requirements will be to manage annual membership bill run and annual renewal of credit arrangements and reconcile all payment subscriptions. Book visiting parties on booking system and record their catering requirements and payments. Maintain membership database keeping member information up to date on Scottish Golf BRS and Clubv1 systems. Training on some aspects of administration will be given on site
