Description
* Responsible for the strategic procurement and commercial management of corporate services categories, including HR, IT, finance, legal and professional consultancy. The role covers the full procurement lifecycle.
* Lead end-to-end procurement activity: market engagement, sourcing strategy, tendering, evaluation, contracting and supplier management.
* Manage sourcing and performance for HR services including recruitment, learning & development and benefits.
* Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify procurement and supply chain needs.
* Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to achieve value for the organisation.
* Analyse market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate risks.
* Ensure compliance with procurement policies and relevant regulations.
* Monitor supplier performance and address any issues effectively.
* Provide strategic advice to internal teams on procurement and supply chain matters.
* Lead and manage a team to achieve departmental goals.
Profile
* Extensive experience in indirect procurement across multiple categories and eager to work in a fast pace environment.
* Proven ability to develop and implement procurement strategies.
* Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.
* Knowledge of procurement regulations and compliance requirements.
* Strong knowledge of contract performance.
* Capability to analyse market trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Experience in leading and managing a team effectively.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Relevant professional qualifications or certifications in procurement or supply chain management.
