If you're applying and you live in Portsmouth, Havant or Selsey you will need a car due to commuting distance. Please don't apply if you do not have a car (own transport) and live in these areas.
As a healthcare assistant/support worker, you will be providing personal care, building relationships, and making a big difference to those who need it whilst gaining great job satisfaction.

Examples of the client’s needs you will be supporting with as a carer:
1. Assisting clients with personal care (Washing, toileting, dressing etc.)
2. Performing light housekeeping tasks.
3. Observing, monitoring and record keeping.

Shifts available for Care Assistants:
1. 07:00 – 14:00 and 14:00 – 22:00
Must be available for alternate weekends.
Full support will be given to you in your role from the very beginning, ensuring you are fully trained, competent, and confident to deliver outstanding care.
No experience necessary, as our support workers are provided with excellent training in full.
