Responsibilities

* Researching, extracting, and presenting data from Chronicle for a range of reports requested by Senior Officers.
* Supporting the Firearms Training Team in the coordination and delivery of training events.

Qualifications

* Previous administrative experience, with strong office and organisational skills.

* Good computer literacy and confident use of software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e‑mail systems, and the intranet.
* A willingness and ability to learn new systems, which should be clearly evidenced in your application.

Additional Information

This opportunity will suit a highly motivated and proactive individual who brings a breadth of experience, accuracy, and a keen eye for detail to the role.

This is an Office‑Based Agile Worker position. You will work predominantly (60% or more) from your designated team area at Headquarters, with the remainder of your time worked from home or other police sites where appropriate.

Flexible working arrangements, including some home working, may be agreed following an assessment of operational needs and your suitability for home‑based work. Where home working is approved, you will still be required to attend your contractual workplace regularly.
