12 Months Fixed Term Contract
The Opportunity
Are you passionate about making a difference through people? Were looking for a proactive and flexible People Advisor to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys partnering with managers to drive performance and engagement. This position is equivalent to an HR Business Partner (HRBP) in other industries, offering a broad generalist remit and strategic influence across the business.
Act as the first point of contact for line managers on all People-related matters.
Deliver commercially focused advice on recruitment, employee relations, performance management, absence, reward, and recognition.
Support and coach managers through change, ensuring people are at the heart of every decision.
Interpret and present People metrics to inform business performance.
Champion colleague wellbeing, diversity, and inclusion.
Collaborate with L&D and Resourcing teams to support development and recruitment.
The Ideal Candidate

CIPD Level 3 in People Management (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience advising and coaching line managers.
Strong understanding of employment law, policies, and best practices.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work flexibly, including occasional shift-based meetings.
