We are working with a sixth form in Kensington who are seeking a motivated and energetic Sports Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their team on a full-time temporary basis.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong sports background who is passionate about supporting young people, promoting engagement, and encouraging positive behaviour and participation through sport and physical activity.
The Role:

Supporting students in lessons, particularly those with additional learning or behavioural needs
*
Using sport and physical activity as a tool to build engagement, confidence, and teamwork
*
Supporting PE and sports-related sessions, both in and out of the classroom
*
Providing 1:1 and small group support where required
*
Acting as a positive role model and building strong professional relationships with students
*
Working closely with teaching staff, pastoral teams, and SEN support
Requirements:
*
Experience working with young people, ideally within a school, college, or youth setting
*
Strong interest or background in sport, physical education, or coaching
*
Confident, proactive, and able to motivate students
*
Calm and consistent approach to behaviour support
*
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
*
Ability to commit to a full-time role
