Job Description
* Process invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors.
* Assist with bank and account reconciliations.
* Maintain accurate financial records and update internal systems.
* Support in preparing financial reports and summaries for management.
* Handle data entry tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
* Liaise with internal departments to resolve financial discrepancies.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations.
* Provide general administrative support to the finance team as needed.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
* Previous experience in an accounting or finance-related role.
* Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
* Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
* A keen eye for detail and accuracy in financial data processing.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Good communication skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
What's on Offer
* An hourly rate of £14.50 to £15.38 + holiday pay of £2+ an hour, depending on experience.
* 25 days of annual leave.
