We’re looking for a motivated and curious Graduate Internal Sales Account Manager / Customer Success Manager to join our Internal Sales team at Esri UK, the UK market leader in geospatial technology.

You don’t need previous experience in sales, GIS, or software. If you enjoy working with people, are keen to learn, and take a proactive approach, we’ll provide all the training, mentoring, and support you need to thrive.

What you’ll be doing

As a Graduate Internal Sales Account Manager / Customer Success Manager, you’ll:

1. Build and nurture customer relationships – act as a first point of contact and help customers get the most from their ArcGIS software.
2. Support customer success – guide customers through onboarding, help resolve challenges, and ensure they achieve real value from our products.
3. Identify opportunities – understand customer needs and work with colleagues to support growth and long-term success.
4. Learn our technology – develop a strong understanding of GIS and ArcGIS through structured training, mentoring, and hands-on experience.
5. Collaborate across teams – work closely with marketing, technical teams, and senior account managers to deliver an excellent customer experience.

You’ll be a great fit if you

6. Have recently graduated (whilst an interest in Geography is an advantage, any degree discipline considered).
7. Enjoy communicating with people and building relationships.
8. Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
9. Are curious, proactive, and motivated to learn new technology.
10. Can manage your time effectively and stay organised.
11. Enjoy working as part of a friendly, collaborative team.
12. Have entitlement to work full time in the UK without restriction

Some experience in customer care, sales, account management, GIS, or software is beneficial, but not essential. If you’re enthusiastic and willing to learn, we’ll support your development.

13. We offer a competitive basic salary (starting from at least £28 k) plus a generous bonus paying c. 20% per annum
