Main responsibilities and requirements
* Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and professional responses through phone, email or online channels.
* Guide clients through the relocation process.
* Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
* Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and provide feedback for platform development.
* Assist with preparation of client-facing documents, reports, and updates to ensure smooth service delivery.
Key skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
* Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with online platforms/systems.
* Mandarin-speaking/writing language skills preferred.
