PIPS Hope & Support is recruiting a Counselling Coordinator to play a key role in Northern Ireland’s first Clinical Mental Health Crisis Café. The WELL-Bean Café provides a safe, therapeutic space where people in emotional distress can access immediate, person-centred support.
Job Role: Counselling Coordinator
Responsibilities
* Deliver counselling and clinical assessments for adults in crisis
* Mentor and guide a team of dedicated volunteers
* Foster a calm and welcoming environment each weekend
* Contribute to an innovative and forward-thinking model of crisis care
Details
This is a part-time post (15 hours per week) with flexible evening and weekend shifts. Salary is £32,000–£35,000 pro rata, plus pension and Westfield healthcare package.

Qualifications
* Part-time counsellor with at least 150 hours of post-qualification supervised counselling practice completed within the last three years
* Accreditation with BACP, IACP, or an equivalent body is essential
