About the apprenticeship
Duties
To assist and support the above team in general administrative tasks, as required.
To respond professionally to enquiries from the public and professionals, via e-mail, telephone or in person, using judgement when to involve a more senior officer and taking/passing messages as appropriate.
To assist with correspondence handling as appropriate.
To make accurate use of computer systems to input data and produce basic reports, within set guidelines and time requirements; this will include inputting and extracting accurate data from information systems, for which training will be given.
To produce accurate emails, letters, minutes of meetings and other information as required within set time requirements.
To communicate well within the teams, sharing information and working cooperatively with others towards shared goals.
To work to office confidentiality protocols.
To complete QCF 2/3 in Business Administration within agreed timescales and targets and any other appropriate training.
To undertake any other reasonable duties associated with the effective day to day running of the section.

Requirements
Qualifications
GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English or Welsh (or equivalent).
To complete a Level 2 or 3 Business Administration ApprenticeshipLooks after own & colleagues wellbeing - You work well as part of a team, considering your own and others wellbeing.

An awareness and understanding of confidentiality and data protection legislation (GDPR). Possess a basic knowledge of Microsoft Office packages i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Able to deliver a high level of customer service.
