Salary: £35,000 - 45,000 per year Requirements: We are looking for someone with experience supporting users across a broad technology stack, including desktop, infrastructure, applications, and cloud. We expect knowledge of IT service delivery, infrastructure support, security monitoring, and continuous improvement. We require familiarity with compliance standards such as ISO27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus. We are seeking someone able to work within the UK, as we are unable to sponsor candidates outside the UK. Responsibilities: We will rely on you to implement and deliver IT services that meet user requirements. You will prepare new user devices for joiners. You will support staff with IT issues across desktop, infrastructure, applications, and cloud environments. You will deliver IT improvements and help maintain the smooth operation of our internal IT systems. You will monitor performance and security events and keep security controls updated. You will support compliance with standards such as ISO27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus. You will develop and grow our remediation service line, helping clients implement practical security improvements after penetration testing and consultancy engagements. You will collaborate closely with our penetration testing and consultancy teams to translate findings into actionable remediation plans.
