Quantum Scholars is continuing to support a growing number of SEND, EOTAS, and Alternative Provision referrals across the London Borough of Hillingdon and is looking to engage dedicated individuals to work with vulnerable young people on a 1:1 basis.
Working as part of Hillingdon's Alternative Provision network, we are keen to hear from SEND Tutors, LSAs, Teaching Assistants, Behaviour Mentors, Youth Workers, Pastoral Support Staff, and SEND Support Workers who are passionate about helping young people overcome barriers to education.
This opportunity may also suit classroom teachers looking to move away from mainstream education, as well as supply teachers seeking a more flexible and rewarding way to work with students.
Many of the pupils we support are currently outside of mainstream education and may experience challenges linked to SEND, SEMH, autism, ADHD, anxiety, trauma, medical needs, behavioural difficulties, or school avoidance.
