Operations Manager

A successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Pizza Express contract, reporting to the Account Director to ensure all contractual commitments and deliverables are achieved, along with accurate and effective budget reporting. The role will support the client in meeting compliance objectives and enhancing Health, Safety, Environmental and Sustainability performance by promoting excellence and driving continuous improvement across the supply chain. Building and maintaining strong client relationships will be key, ensuring clear communication, client satisfaction, and the identification of opportunities for improvement and innovation. The role will include with direct reports who are Coordinators and it position covers approximately 350 sites across the UK.

And as a Operations Manager with Bellrock, you’ll do it by


* Oversee daily account operations including calls, escalations, and continuous improvement, acting as the first point of contact for all escalations.
* Manage and support the Operations Team with job releases, batching, quotations, and labour processes through to completion.
* Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure effective contract delivery and address any performance issues.
* Lead, develop, and monitor team performance to achieve objectives and maintain service excellence.
* Provide financial and budgetary input, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support compliance and reporting requirements. We’re looking for someone commercially minded, proactive, and confident in problem solving who can work autonomously.
* Drive continuous improvement, promote health and safety, and embody the Bellrock culture.

* Knowledge of supply chain and performance management.
* Competent in budget reporting and financial tracking.
* Customer-focused with a commitment to service excellence.


Working arrangements
