Field Service Engineer – Scientific & Industrial Laboratory Equipment
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 per annum, plus car, bonus and a generous benefits package.
Locations: Worcester, Tewkesbury, Cheltenham – Gloucester.
Role Overview
As a Field Service Engineer you will be responsible for planned preventative maintenance, service, breakdown and repair of a wide range of leading‑edge laboratory instrumentation across customer sites in the region. This is a home‑based role with travel to customer sites throughout the territory, ensuring the highest levels of customer service are always maintained.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct planned preventative maintenance.
* Service, breakdown and repair laboratory instrumentation.
* Travel to customer sites across the territory.
* Ensure the highest levels of customer service.
Qualifications
* Qualification in Electronics, Engineering or Science.
* Experience in customer‑facing field service engineering or as an ex‑HM Forces Engineer.
* Experience servicing high‑value capital equipment.
