Overview
Health Care Support Worker (Band 3), part‑time 10 hour/week at Turriff Secondary Care Hub. Work over 2 days: Monday 09:00‑14:00 and Tuesday 08:15‑12:45.
Responsibilities
* Perform Basic Observations, Phlebotomy, and Urinalysis for secondary care patients in the community.
* Help plan and run the day‑to‑day operations of the Hub under remote support from the established team.
* Manage workload, prioritise tasks, and work well under pressure in a high‑volume environment.
* Execute lone working where required and safely manage own workload.
Qualifications & Experience
* Band 3 Health Care Support Worker qualification or equivalent.
* Previous experience in Venepuncture is advantageous; full training will be provided.
* Experience with lone working and independent workload management is advantageous.
Requirements
Access to a car and driver's licence is essential. Willingness to travel to other hubs may be required.
