This is a senior hire for a business with real momentum, expanding client base, significant investment behind it, and a leadership team that thinks and operates differently to the traditional consultancy model.
This is not a steady-state management role. The business is ambitious, commercially driven, and looking for a Director who will help shape its next phase of growth, bringing gravitas, client relationships, and the ability to lead a team as well as a portfolio.
The Rol
* eTaking senior responsibility for a high-profile commercial portfolio across the Midlands, spanning office, industrial, retail, and mixed-use asset
* sActing as the primary point of contact for institutional and private clients, providing strategic advice on asset performance and value enhancemen
* tLeading on service charge management, budgeting, and financial oversight across the portfoli
* oDriving strategic asset management initiatives, going well beyond day-to-day management to deliver measurable outcomes for client
* sPlaying an active role in business development, identifying opportunities, attending pitches, and helping to grow the firm's client bas
* eWorking closely with facilities management, accounting, and wider professional team
* sLeading, mentoring, and developing junior and mid-level surveyors within the tea
